The need for a perfect MTP Patrol Pack was identified and using the fantastic feedback we received from our Pathfinder Bergen we decided to scale down the package whilst keeping all the features which make it a solid essential for taking out your patrolling essentials.
The first thing which makes it a quality MTP Patrol Pack is the fact it is first and foremost made from genuine 1000D MTP, it’s 1000 denier fabric with a PU waterproof coating as well as being infra-red reflective, so unlike cheaper or some expensive alternatives will comply fully with MOD specifications and equipment, like the rest of our MTP Bergens and MTP Webbing.

The MTP Patrol Pack itself uses a stitched mesh backing for airflow due to concerns about airflow so you can be assured it will be comfy when fully loaded.

The Commanders Patrol Pack is designed for those in mind with carrying a full days worth of fighting order accessories for patrolling and meets the needs perfect with the triple utility pouch as well as poncho pouch and the addition of the lid makes organising your kit, this can mean carrying your water, more rations and other mission critical essentials all the more comfortably.
The fundamentals of the patrol pack mean your getting the best of the KitPimp Pathfinder Bergen in one smaller package for aggressive patrolling and being out in the field for a lot longer, with more efficient organisation of your kit, meaning less time messing around and more concentrating on core soldiering skills.
The design is tried and tested and includes the main 35L compartment for the bulk of all your field kit as well as a triple Utility pouch and a poncho pouch for taking shelter or other essentials and also features large side pouches for containing more kit and features a lid for all your personal admin.
The back of the rucksack is mesh lined for consistent airflow for more comfort during fast moving contacts and the shoulder straps are also padded and widened for comfort when shouldering the weight!
The Commanders Patrol Pack can easily take a days’ worth of kit for all your extended patrols and is ideal for those based in Forward Operating Bases aka FOB, those in the dismounted close combat role and also those in the Infantry so this MTP Patrol Pack is perfect.
Given the extensive feedback we received and praise from the Pathfinder we received, churning out a smaller version seemed only reasonable where it was ascertained the design ticked all the boxes for comfort, practicality and innovation in one easy to use package and it was just a case of down scaling down and there you have the Commanders Patrol Pack from KitPimp!
